Spontaneous electric polarization: an intrinsic phenomenon related to the growing solid structure

Description

Spontaneous electric polarization in sample of water and other gases solidified in the temperature range (20/100)K was observed. A close connection between the effect and the solid structure is invoked to explain the main features of the experimental curves. The results relative to H2O are reported and discussed in details
