The superconducting calibration test rig with the 'warm' area has been fabricated to measure the Birks parameter of the plastic scintillator. The level of the magnetic field - 4.1 T. The diameter of the 'warm' area - 90 mm. The long stability (8 h) of the magnetic field - 0.01%. (authors). 5 refs., 5 figs
