Eco information 6. Influence of operation of the plants Jadrova vyradovacia spolocnost , a.s., on the environment within June 2007

In this leaflet the results of monitoring of chemical gaseous and liquid effluents into the rivers Vah and Dudvah as well as of radiation monitoring of Bohunice V1 NPP and Bohunice Radioactive Waste Processing Centre (VYZ) are presented. The radioactive effluents into atmosphere within January - June 2007 (for NPP V1, VYZ A1, and VYZ MSVP, respectively) were: 1.774 TBq (0.089% of annually limit (AL)) for V1 of rare gases; 5.099 MBq (0.006% AL) for V1), 1.139 MBq (0.121% of AL) for VYZ A1 and 0.429 MBq (0.143% of AL) for VYZ MSVP) of aero-soles; 3.156 MBq (0.005% of AL) for V1) of iodine. The radioactive effluents into atmosphere and hydrosphere within a June 2007 for NPP V1, VYZ A1 and VYZ MSVP, respectively) were: 0.294 TBq (V1) of rare gases; 0.402 MBq (V1), 0.137 MBq (VYZ A1) and 0.1 MBq (VYZ MSVP) of aero-soles; 0.586 MBq (V1) of iodine; 1.483 MBq (V1) and 6.728 MBq (VYZ, totally) of corrosive and fission products, and 73.98 GBq (V1) and 24.421 GBq (VYZ, totally) of tritium. For the period January - June 2007 these radioactive effluents into recipient of Vah River represent for corrosive and fission products 9.722 MBq (0.075% of AL) for V1, 43.22 MBq (0.36% of AL) for VYZ; and for tritium it is 2303.9 GBq (11.519% of AL) for V1, 125.695 GBq (1.26% of AL) for VYZ.
