The mechanism of the action of dispersing catalyst promotors
Description
A model has been proposed and a quantitative theory has been treated for the action of dispersing promotors. The conclusions of the theory are consistent with the experimental data obtained from studying the effect of the series of promotors Al2O3, Cr2O3, BeO, MgO, CaO, and SrO on the dispersity and activity of a nickel catalyst
