Influence of ph of hydrolysing agent on yield and physicochemical parameters of pectin polysaccharides of various raw materials obtained in static and dynamic hydrolysis extraction modes

Description
The article describes a hydrolysis process of apple pomace, tangerine peel and sunflower head residue by using static and dynamics hydrolysis modes. It has been shown that application of dynamics method positively influences on pectin yields and its main parameters. The results of comparative study and acid concentration effect on pectin parameters in two different hydrolysis modes allows to develop a more effective process in pectin production. (author)
