Measurement of the Σ0-Λ transition magnetic moment

Description
The Σ0-Λ transition magnetic moment has been measured to be chemical bondμ(Σ0-Λ)chemical bond = 1.59 +- 0.05 +- 0 .07 nuclear magnetons. The Σ0 lifetime is tau(Σ0) = (0.76 +- 0.05 +- 0.07) x 10/sup -19/ sec. The uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively
