Properties of the alloys of TlGaS2-Nd2S3 and TlGaSe2-Nd2Se3 systems

Description
The character of interaction in TlGaS2-Nd2S3 and TlGaSe2-Nd2Se3 pseudobinary systems is studied and phase diagrams are plotted. The presence of solubility - up to 0.3 mol.% of Nd2S3 in TlGaS2 and 0.7 mol.% of N2S3 in TlGaSe2 at 300 K is revealed. By the Bridgman method monocrystals of solid solutions of the above systems are grown. Preliminary investigations of optical, photoelectric and luminescent monocrystal properties are carried out
