This paper describes how the Transportation External Coordination Working Group (TEC/WG) is involved in the transportation-related decision-making of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). The TEC/WG will work with the DOE to develop the group's goals and objectives, identify significant transportation-related issues, and formulate and implement tasks designed to resolve those issues. This paper provides information on the TEC/WG's origin, structure, and issue resolution process
