The quarks
Description
The historical aspects of the quarks discovery are presented. These particles are born from the need of the unification theories. The authors gives a general presentation articulated around the following questions: who invented the quark, who discovered the quarks, what are the quarks characteristics, how many quarks are observed, where can they be found, how do they interact and are the quarks really elementary particles?
