Indium ions complexing with phenylfluoron in the presence of surfactants
Description
Indium ions complexing with phenylfluoron and N-cetylpyridinium chloride is investigated. It is shown that the N- cetylpyridinium (CP) ions are acting not only as third component of complex compound, but represent as solubilizing substance. The composition of the complex, its spectrophotometric characteristics are determined as well as formula is proposed. Interaction of the phenylfluoron with the CP is investigated. The investigated complex compoUnd can be used for spectrophotometric determination of indium trace amounts
