Thermodynamic analysis of equilibrium and interaction mechanism in Al2O3-Nb system
Description
Thermodynamic analysis of equilibrium in thin Al2O3-Nb system is carried out by means of thermodynamic potential minimization. Interaction hypothetical mehanism in this system which boils down to Al2O3 dissociation with the formation of atomic oxygen, aluminium peroxides and their diffusion into metal and corundum, respectively
