Grid development plan electricity. Actual amendments and legal questions of the demand planning of super-grids
Description
Grid development planning concerning electricity transmission lines is working in new ways since 2011. In a transparent procedure the four transmission line operators provide a yearly grid development plan based on scenarios checked by the BNetzA. In the frame of the licensing process numerous practical and legal questions arose. Several questions concern the actual law amendment with the rather narrow3 time limit for the planning. Other legal questions discussed in the contribution remain open.
