Peculiarities in high temperature thermo-emf of rhenium

Description

An attempt was made to construct theory of high-temperature thermo-emf of rhenium, which behaviour was characterized by sufficient anomalies. Peculiarities of analyzed carrier spectrum enable to explain thermo-emf anisotropy. Theoretically constructed temperature dependence of thermo-emf in 300-1000 K range corresponds satisfactorily with the curve, obtained in experiments
