Description
Hepato-biliary scintigraphy for patients with chronic liver diseases was analyzed by deconvolution, and relationship between mean hepatic transit time (MhTT) of 99mTc-PMT and the stage of diseases or blood tests was studied. MhTT was significantly prolonged in patients with chronic hepatitis or liver cirrhosis compared with controls. MhTT of patients with liver cirrhosis was significantly prolonged than that with chronic hepatitis. MhTT correlated with levels of T. bil, LDH, ChE and ZTT, whereas it failed to correlate with total bile acid levels or ICGR15. (author)
