Synthesis of N1, N2- aryl-, arylalkyl- and heterylalkylsubstituted oxalic acid diamide

Description
Based on monoethyl esters of oxalic acid amides obtained earlier by the reaction of arylcyclopentylmethyl-, aryltetrahydropyranylmethyl-, isochromanyl-1-methyl-, (1,4-benzodioxan-2-yl)-methyl- and 1-(1,4-benzodioxan-2- yl)-ethyl amines with oxalic acid diethyl ester, by the action of various primary amines, target substituted oxalic acid diamides were synthesized. For the synthesis of diamides containing anilide fragments, ethyl esters of substituted oxalic acid N-arylamides were used, which were reacted with the above arylalkyl- and heterylalkylamines. The antioxidant activity of the synthesized compounds has been studied
