Interaction of lithium hydride with gallium subgroup metals

Description

Transformations in the mixtures of lithium hydride with group 3A metals during heating are considered and equilibrium hydrogen pressure above them in the range of 300-600 deg C is determined. Change of enthalpy and entropy of lithium hydride reactions with Ga, In and Tl is calculated, as well as enthalpy of formation of intermetallides of equiatomic ratio LiM, where M is group 3A metal
