The breeding of a new rice variety Yuehang-1

Description
The breeding proceeding of a new aromatic indica variety Yuehang-1 was introduced. The quality test results showed that Yuehang-1 reached third scales of high quality paddy in national standard, and with a delicious cooking and eating quality. It was suitable for producing middle and high grade packaged rice. Yuehang-1 was permitted to release by crop Examine and Approve committee of Guangdong province. (authors)
