Universal nonequilibrium particle distributions in finite energy intervals

Description
The paper presents calculation of the Boltzmann collision integral for power particle distribution functions of a f=Apsup(2s) form (p is impulse, A, s are parameters) in a finite energy range. An interval width at which the particle distribution function is close to a universal one (the distribution function in case of infinite energy range) is found for a case when the interval between the energy source and sink is filled with particles and thre are no particles beyond it. A condition imposed on particle density is found under which the power distribution is close to the universal one
