Left hepatic atrophy in Mirizzi syndrome

Description
The auaaaathors report an unusual case of Mirizzi syndrome associated with atrophy of the left hepatic lobe documented by endoscopic retrograde cholangiography (ERCP) and computed tomography (CT). To their knowledge, the CT findings of lobar hepatic atrophy secondary to Mirizzi syndrome have not been previously reported
