Light scattering by the near-surface layer of 1:2:3-compounds
Description
The Raman light scattering on surface polaritons due to the mixing of electromagnetic modes of opposite parity in the near-surface layer of a Y Ba2 Cu3 O7-x-single crystal has been studied. An expression has been obtained for the intensity of the light flow scattered by surface polaritons
