The casing structure is in composite material made of a resin reinforced by fibers, of a coating made of a powdered metal dispersed in a resin matrix the metal has an atomic number at least equal to 47 and a fusion temperature at least equal to 6300C; and of a material made of low atomic number elements and coating the external surface of the casing structure

Abstract (French)

Le boitier de protection comporte une embase et un capot fixe sur l'embase, forme d'une structure mecanique rigide en materiau composite constitue d'une resine renforcee par des fibres, d'un materiau de protection contre les rayons X recouvrant en partie la surface externe de la structure mecanique, ce materiau de protection X etant forme d'une matrice en resine renfermant une poudre d'un metal de numero atomique au moins egale a 47 et de temperature de fusion au moins egale a 6300C, d'un materiau forme d'un element de numero atomique faible formant la surface externe du capot, et eventuellement d'un materiau conducteur de l'electricite recouvrant la surface interne de la structure mecanique.
