Temperature dependence of resistance for Pr0,65 Ca0,35 Mn O3 films prepared by pulsed laser deposition

Description
The temperature dependences of resistance for Pr0,65 Ca0,35 Mn O3 thin films prepared by the pulsed laser deposition method are studied in a temperature range of 4.2 to 300 K. The temperature behavior of resistance is shown to change drastically in the magnetic ordering range TN. The experimental data are analyzed in the frameworks of modern theoretical approaches for transport mechanism of perovskite like manganates
