Participation to the study of radio-induced chromosomal instability

Description

In this trainee report, the author first proposes a large presentation of the CEA (missions, fields of activity, key data, human resources, main international collaborations, quality and safety within the CEA) and a more specific evocation of life sciences within the CEA. Then he reports a study of chromosomal instability under the influence of ageing or of an irradiation. He notably participated to the monitoring of a culture of B lymphocytes, irradiated by γ rays, of telomere fusions, and of the integrity of several chromosomes by using the In situ hybridization technique
