Description
To study the effects of earth magnetic field and altitude on fast NEMP produced by γ rays, low latitude area is selected as the research object. Through calculation, the effects of the varying earth magnetic field at different distances from the explosion center and the steady magnetic field to the transverse electric field are analyzed and compared. The results indicate that the effect is greater while the explosion altitude is higher. The results agree with the deposit height of γ rays and its varying disciplinarian according to energy and altitude. (authors)
