The SrAl2O4-SrGa2O4 system
Description
Phase relations and solid solutions in the binary system SrAl2O4- SrGa2O4 are studied using the X-ray, differential thermal and IR spectroscopic methods. It is established that in the given system solid solutions, crystallized both in monoclinic and hexagonal crystal systems are formed. Physicochemical properties of the solid solutions are studied and phase diagrams of the system (T=500-2000 deg C) are built
