Description
The article describes the development and current status of emergency preparedness and planning in case of nuclear or radiation accident since the establishment of Nuclear Regulatory Authority of the Slovak Republic in 1993 up to the present time. It deals in successive steps with legal regulations in this area, with their implementation to a practice as they have been used for preparation of on- and off-site emergency plans as well as for preparation of emergency transport orders.
