Description
The peculiarities of the exoelectron emission spectrum of the amorphous metallic alloys of the Fe81.5B13.5Si3C2 composition in the process of thermal treatment are studied. The effect of the surface crystallization process in the studied alloy on its magnetic parameters if investigated. It is shown, that the minima of the coercive force, residual magnetization and the maximum of the alloy differential magnetic permittivity are observed by its thermal treatment within the range of 360 up to 390 deg C
Abstract (Russian)
Additional details
