Improved optical analysis of tracers depleted or slightly enriched in 15N
Description
Optical analysis of 15N abundances in samples labelled with depleted or slightly enriched nitrogen has been investigated with a view to reducing the limitations of the optical method. Using a standard Nitrogen-15-Analyser the observed standard deviation was about 0.01 mol%. A standard deviation of 0.002 mol% was attained using a modified method in conjuction with a better optical spectrometer. (author)
