Exact solution of classical Boltzmann equation for plasma

Description
By using the classical methods of mathematical physics we can construct solution of classical Boltzmann equation for spatially homogeneous plasma in terms of Ottekera special function . Also asymptotic property of the solution is studied. Moreover, the solution of Boltzmann equation for spatially homogeneous electron plasma seem to be asymptotic (as t→∞, Ve→±∞ ) with finite electron energy.
