Features of mass transfer and phase formation in TiO2-Cr2O3-La2O3 system
- 1. AN SSSR, Moscow (Russian Federation). Inst. Khimicheskoj Fiziki
Description
Mass transfer and phase formation on the high-temperature diffusion interaction of titanium, chromium and lanthanum oxides are studied. It is established formation of earlier unknown solid solutions of composition Ti1-xCrxLayO3-δ and also of a number of solid solutions on the base of initial components. Mass transfer in TiO2-Cr2O3-La2O3 system is realized owing to mutual diffusion of titanium, chromium and lanthanum, moreover chromium cations have the greatest value of the diffusion partial coefficient
