Defect generation efficiency under cascade-forming irradiation

Description

In terms of the mesoscopic model one investigated into relaxation processes of the cascade initially damaged region. One calculated the values of the cascade efficiency for iron for 100 and 400 K temperatures. The introduced calculation procedure is shown to enable to calculate the cascade efficiency at any times and to be characterized by the adequate stability

Abstract (Russian)

В рамках мезоскопической модели исследованы процессы релаксации первично поврежденной области каскада. Вычислены значения каскадной эффективности для железа для температур 100 и 400 К. Показано, что предложенный метод расчета не только позволяет рассчитывать каскадную эффективность на любых временах, но и обладает достаточной устойчивостью
