Control of the radioactivity of building materials from the point of view of ensuring national and international requirements

Prerequisites for the control of the radioactivity of building materials and its effectiveness are given by the system of legislative requirements. Their quality affects both the positive and negative environment for the control and validity of measurement and assessment results. Due to several major or minor ambiguities/absences, the work contains suggestions and recommendations for practice, which could be the basis of the guidance of the supervisory authorities for measurement laboratories.
