A method for angular momentum and particle number projection of the HFB intrinsic states and its application to the titanium , chromium isotope nuclei

Description

By proposing a series of time-saving approximations and techniques, a practical method for carrying out simultaneously the angular momentum and particle number projection from the HFB intrinsic states is proposed. The spectra of the low-lying states of the Ti, Cr isotopes in the transitional nuclide region are calculated. The results show that the projected HFB spectra are closer to the experimental spectra than the PDHF results
