Phase equilibria at thermal dissociation of YBa2Cu3Oy
Description
Sequence of phase equilibria at YBa2Cu3O6.40±0.006 thermal dissociation under 800 deg C is determined using state method of study of phase equilibria in combination with X-ray phase analysis. Temperature dependences of oxygen pressure for equilibria reactions are determined
