Calculation of positron annihilation rate

Description
The relationship between the mean lifetime of positron in metals and temperature has been deduced by the effective potential method. Our theoretical results are in agreement with the experiment very well. Using this method, authors can also calculate the mean lifetime of positron in other solid materials at various temperatures.
