Description
In this study, we used ARGOS software to simulate radioactive emission in the atmosphere from Fangchenggang nuclear power plant to Vietnam. The simulated case is a hypothetical accident with a hypothetical source term equivalent to level 6 on the international nuclear and radioactive event scale. The results show the possibility of using ARGOS in simulating atmospheric dispersion, assessing radiation dose to humans from the Fangchenggang nuclear power plant incident to Vietnam according to some accident situations. The obtained results contribute to forecasting and supporting emergency response when there is an incident at nuclear power plants. (author)
