Monte-Carlo calculation of intranuclear nucleon-meson cascade
Description
Monte Carlo method of calculating intranuclear nucleon-meson cascade with energy of incident particles up to 5 GeV is described. Intranuclear elastic processes were simulated on the basis of experimental data, and inelastic ones -by means of a statistical model taking into account the anisotropy of secondary nucleons. Production of one, two and three mesons was considered. The calculations results agree with experimental data in a wide range of nuclei and energies of incident particles
