Secondary electron diffraction and extended fine structure in solids

Description
Theory describing extended oscillations in spectra of secondary electrons (SE) and their link with solid body atomic structure is developed. Oscillations of SE spectrum are apparently manifested through the coordinates and scattering characteristics of neighbouring atoms that ensures new possibility to obtain information on surface local atomic structure
