Thermodynamic properties of CaNdAlO4 - SrNdAlO4 solid solutions

Description
The structural and thermodynamic properties of CaNdAlO4-SrNdAlO4 solid solutions are studied at 1673 K by X-ray diffraction and high-temperature calorimetry. The lattice parameters and unit-cell volume of the solid solutions are shown to vary linearly with composition. The measured solution heats of the solid solutions are used to evaluate the enthalpies of formation from the constituent oxides and constituent elements and the mixing enthalpies
Abstract (Russian)
Методами рентгенофазового анализа и высокотемпературной калориметрии получены структурные характеристики и изучены термодинамические свойства твердых растворов в системе CaNdA1O4-SrNdA1O4 (1673 К). Установлена линейная зависимость параметров кристаллической решетки и объема элементарной ячейки от состава образцов. Измерены теплоты растворения образцов твердых растворов. Рассчитаны энтальпии образования изученных фаз из оксидов и элементов и энтальпии смешенияAdditional details
