Interstitial pulmonary diseases induced by immune disorders

Description
The paper is concerned with literature and the authors' data regarding present-day classification, morphological and X-ray characteristics of diffuse and focal interstitial pulmonary diseases (IPD). The pathogenesis of these diseases is based on 4 types of hyperergic reactions after the classification of R. G. Gell et al. The author have described signs promoting differential diagnosis of IPD with lung developmental defects, bronchoalveolal canser, berylliosis, carcinomatous lymphangist and other pulmonary diseases capable of stimulation IPD and leading to excessive use of corticosteroids
