Temperature and field dependences of magnetization of Dy-Co amorphous films with magnetic compensation point are investigated. Experimnetal results are analyzed within the framework of phenomenological theory of spin-reorientational transitions for ferrimagnetics, evaluation of intersublattice exchange constant is carried out: λ ∼ 200
