Description
The increase in concentration of greenhouse gases (CO sub 2 , CH sub 4 and N sub 2 O) in atmosphere is associated with different combustions in Lebanon: burning of fossil fuels, thermal plants, industries, permanent incinerators of wastes. However all these emissions are not equal emissions due to the transportation sector in the city. The paper presents the main gases responsible for the augmentation of emissions in Lebanon. It describes the sources of emissions and which Measures to counter climate change
