The thermodynamics of U/PuOsub(2-x) - a reply to the comments of Manes and Matzke
Description
The author examines the criticism by Manes and Matzke of his paper on 'The Thermodynamics of Mixed Oxide Reactor Fuels'. The limitations and advantages of the authors simple theory are discussed and it is suggested that further experimental work is required before any more elaborate theory can be adequately assessed.
