Cluster MO calculations of electronic structure and X-ray emission spectra of carbide alloys Tisub(x)Vsub(1-x)C

Description
Results are given of calculations of the electronic structure of Tisub(x)Vsub(1-x)C solid solutions within a wide range of different compositions by means of the semi-empirical molecular orbital method in the cluster model. The calculated X-ray emission spectra are in reasonably good agreement with experimental data. (author)
