Thermal analysis of research reactor RA maximal accident by developed model HARON
Description
Heat effects in reactor core during cold leg LOCA is analysed. For hypothetical accident physical model without starting ECCS hot channel is treated. performed analysis (on IBM 370 computer) of accident indicates that first safety barrier integrity is sustained till 58.7 min. in post accident transient. After that time limiting temperature occurs. (author)
