Coronary heart disease detection rate in patients with vasorenal hyperrtension of atherosclerotic etiology

Description
The methods of radionuclide scintigraphy and abdominal angiography were used to study the state of myocardium and coronary vessels in patients with vasorenal hypertension. ECG was recorded in all patients in the state of transquility and during a veloergometric test. A detailed complex examination of patients with vasorenal hypertension has revealed that 91.2% of patients exhibit an associated coronary insufficiency which requires surgical correction
