Photodecomposition of solid uranyl formate under intense infrared laser field
Description
The photodecomposition of the solid uranyl formate and basic uranyl formate has been investigated by using TEA-CO2 laser. It was found that the characteristics of the photodecomposition reactions were similar to those occurred in the MPD in gases, and the reactions were non-thermal ones in nature. The main mechanism of the laser induced-reaction was proposed
