Environmental consequences of gas fuel uses in towns
Description
Gas distribution was commenced in the town of Decin in 1991. As a result, the consumption of coal decreased to less than one-half. An overview is given of the shares of coal, gas and fuel oils in heat generation in Decin, as well as of the mean annual concentrations of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides over the 1989 to 1993 period
