Description
Equations for describing electron transport coefficients in a non-equilibrium weakly ionized plasma in an electric field under Coulomb collisions are derived within the scope of two-member approximation. It is shown that account for electron-electron colisions result in renormalization of known electron transport coefficients along electric field and in occurrence of new ones. The calculation of these coeffcients for real gases is performed
