Evaluation of ore contast from differential interpretation data of gamma-logs by characteristic points method

Differential interpretation by the characteristic points method is used as a means of avoiding systematic errors in estimating the degree of contrast in ores and in determining thickness and content in shallow ore intercalations. It is shown that the proposed method is equivalent to the known methods of estimating degree of ore contrast on the basis of gamma-logging data. (author)
